Policies

• Please observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
• Please refrain from smoking during your stay – both in the cottages, as well as around the grounds.
• Please lock all doors to the cottage during your absence.
• Please keep the area around the cottage clean and neat, free from toys, towels, trash, or laundry and keep the grounds clean by disposing of trash and recyclables in appropriate receptacles.
• Please observe parking map provided in each cottage. For your safety and the safety of all our guests there are fire lanes designated, please be aware and do not park in the fire lanes. You may temporarily unload upon arrival, then you will need to move your vehicle to its designated space. There is additional parking outside the gates for multiple vehicles.
• Please supervise children at all times. Rocky Point Cottages is a lakefront resort with inherent dangers. All children must be under direct adult supervision when on the pier, on the dock, or near the boat ramp.
• Please bring beach towels for drying off after swimming.
• There is a cleaning fee for each unit as follows: $60 for Pelican Point and Kingfisher, $80 for Heron House and Ann Gray’s Cottage.
• Our CANCELLATION POLICY is as follows: An advance payment of 40% is due to confirm any reservation further than 30 days before the check in date.  The balance is due 21 days prior to arrival or sooner.  If you have to cancel your reservation, we will apply 70% of money paid towards a future midweek visit.  Each cottage requires a damage security deposit of $500.00, which we will authorize on your credit card on your arrival.  The cottage will be inspected for damages and missing items upon check out and provided there is no damage, your security deposit will be released within 10 days of your departure.

Well-behaved pets with considerate pet owners are welcome.

Please be a considerate pet owner. We ask you to please…

• Keep your pet on leash or under voice command at all times. When deer are on the grounds, please keep your pet on leash or indoors.
• Pick up and dispose of all pet waste in designated outdoor waste receptacles. Doggy bags are provided in each cottage for this purpose.
• Keep your pet off the beds and furniture.
• Rinse off and towel-dry your pet after each swim before allowing them into the cottage. Pet towels are provided for this purpose in each cottage.
• There is a $25 pet fee per pet, per day.
